Acura Group is a team of four business consultants. Each consultant specializes in a particular discipline, including sales and marketing, technology and management, operations.

strategy

Business strategy consulting is done at very high level in the organization, typically the Board and the CEO. These are the ones making the choices. Below, the organization focuses on implementing the decisions (sometimes assisted by other consultants).
Business strategy consulting is about facts and common sense much more than vision or dreams.

Consulting

Consulting in the area of business and technology integration is our primary passion. There are tremendous productivity improvements to be gained with rationalizing the business processes and then adding a little technology to do things like get the data into your systems better, faster, cheaper – and correct the first time!

Digital media can be used to enhance and extend consultation work with children and young people. Traditional ways of seeking children’s views can be augmented with methods such as online surveys, social media, blogs and video diaries.

we work independently or with your marketing team. we are skilled in marketing, business, communications and psychology. we are time that a company seeks to out source their marketing efforts.

Hardware

Appropriate hardware is one third of a successful project. We understand and can supply the newest hardware, but we really want to select the appropriate hardware to solve your business problem – be that RFID, barcode, or maybe it’s not a hardware issue at all?

Software is part of the ‘special sauce’ that makes our solutions so successful in the real world. The software is always focused on the end user to make it clear and easy to accomplish the task at hand. Our recommendations allow customers to NOT be dependent on us! Amazing concept, huh?
